AUTOMOTIVE BDC REPRESENTATIVE
High volume Toyota dealership, on Bronx/Westchester border, is currently seeking an experienced Full-Time BDC Representative who is hungry, professional, upbeat and detail oriented, for our showroom business development center. Must be able to speak standardized English. Bi-lingual, English/Spanish is a HUGE PLUS. Experience within a high-volume automotive BDC is a PLUS.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
- Speak/Email prospects and assist them in scheduling an appointment to meet with a sales consultant
- Answer customers questions to the best of your ability; working with management to make sure customer's needs are met
- Follow up after scheduled appointments to ensure that all of our customer's needs were met and/or exceeded
- Work with management to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge on incoming prospects

AUTOMOTIVE BDC MANAGER
High volume import dealership, located on Bronx/Westchester border, is seeking an experienced BDC manager/ Sales manager to run their business development department and grow their business. The applicant will be responsible for running the most important department at the dealership. You will be responsible for successfully monitoring all internet leads, phone calls, and unsold follow-ups. Candidate MUST be self-efficient, organized, and dependable. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS AUTOMOTIVE BDC MANAGER / SALES MANAGER.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Monitor all incoming internet inquiries
-Knowledge of eLeads CRM a HUGE PLUS, but general knowledge of CRM systems is a MUST
-Setting and confirming appointments, following up for each shown or missed appointment
-Overseeing dealership website and third-party sites
-Meeting with the sales managers and management team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis
-Social Media interaction - Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Blogs
-Follow up with all clients that are connected to the dealership for business development
-Train and provide support to BDC staff
