EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
Large volume Toyota dealership is currently seeking experienced service advisors to help support their business. This is a high-energy service department that needs a self-motivated go-getter to make it work. Applicants MUST have proven automotive experience and experience with Toyota is preferred. A successful proven track record in CSI is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of CDK is a PLUS. Our volume is constantly increasing and, as a result, we need to add additional advisors so we can maintain the level of quality we and our customers have come to expect.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-MUST have previous experience as a service advisor
-Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals
-Toyota experience is a HUGE PLUS
-Knowledge of ADP is a PLUS
-Knowledge of CDK & is a PLUS
-Outstanding communication skills
-Great attitude with a high-energy personality
-Superior customer service skills with proven CSI record
-Must be able to speak Spanish and English fluently

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Test to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly
-Isolate the systems or components that might have caused the problem
-Drive the vehicle for testing purposes
-Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
-Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage
-Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
-Union shop
REQUIREMENTS:
-Ability to identify the problem quickly
-Knowledge of automobiles
-Effective analytical and communication skills
-Strong reading, computer, and mathematics skills
-Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
-Comfortable operating electronic diagnostic equipment
-High school diploma or GED
-Technical degree preferred but not required
-ASE certifications preferred but not required
-Experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate
-Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Basic computer skills
-Positive, friendly attitude
AUTOMOTIVE PARTS COUNTERPERSON
Large volume Toyota dealership, is currently seeking an individual to handle stocking parts, counter retail, and wholesale shops. Automotive experience is necessary and Toyota experience is preferable, but we will train the right candidate. Applicant should be self-efficient and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 40-hour week. The position demands excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be good with numbers and have a clean driving record. MUST be flexible with scheduling to meet department demands.
