OFFICE MANAGER
High volume Toyota dealership, on Bronx/Westchester border, is currently seeking an experienced Full-Time BDC Representative who is hungry, professional, upbeat, and detail-oriented, for our showroom business development center. Must be able to speak standardized English. Bi-lingual, English/Spanish is a HUGE PLUS. Experience within a high-volume automotive BDC is a PLUS.
Responsibilities Include:
-Speak/Email prospects and assist them in scheduling an appointment to meet with a sales consultant
-Answer customer's questions to the best of your ability; work with management to make sure customer’s needs are met
-Follow up after scheduled appointments to ensure that all of our customer’s needs were met and/or exceeded
-Work with management to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge to incoming prospects

AUTOMOTIVE BILLER / DMV CLERK High volume Toyota dealer, located on Bronx/Westchester border, is looking for an Automotive Biller to join our results-oriented team. The ideal candidate is an experienced Auto Biller who wants to work with an industry leader, however, we will train the right person with some kind of billing/financial background. SHOWROOM GREETER / CASHIER
Westchester Toyota is currently seeking qualified applicants to fulfill both part-time and full-time positions as a Showroom Greeter / Cashier. Applicants should be polished, professional, upbeat, and enthusiastic individuals, as you’re the face of the dealership.
Must be able to speak standardized English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a PLUS. Experience in high-volume customer service positions is required. Qualified applicants should be hard-working, energetic and trustworthy, and also good with numbers.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
-Greeting and directing customers
-Light administrative tasks
-Receiving payments from customers and issuing receipts according to provided process
-Knowledge of Word and Excel required
-Light switchboard call answering/forwarding
