Westchester Toyota is committed to respecting the privacy of our clients, customers, and all website visitors.
In order to provide you with the best possible service it may be necessary for to store information about you. However, we
only collect information that you choose to provide us. This information includes but is not limited to your name, address, birth date,
e-mail address, phone number, and sometimes, social security number.
If you choose to apply for a loan we may ask you to state financial information
such as income history, amount and type of assets, liabilities, and marital status.
Sharing Information with Other Companies
In order to provide the products and services which you may desire or to provide
you with information about the products and services that Westchester Toyota offers,
we may share certain information about you with affiliate companies such as automobile manufacturers or finance companies.
Westchester Toyota may share your information with certain service providers in order
to make a lending decision. We may also share personal information with state and federal regulatory
agencies as we are required to do by law.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not rent or sell our client list or mailing list to third parties.

Removal from Westchester Toyota Solicitations
If you are not a Westchester Toyota customer and you are on our mailing list or if you do not want information
about the products and services Westchester Toyota can provide, you may want to discontinue receiving mail,
e-mail or other solicitations. We respect your wishes and will remove you from our lists. Please send your name, email address,
mailing address and phone number to Westchester Toyota at: 2167 Central Park Avenue Yonkers, NY 10710. Please specify that you want to be removed from mail, e-mail or telephone solicitation.
In the event you are removed from our lists, we still need to communicate with customers on a regular basis to
notify them of service issues, or other items that may affect their relationship with Westchester Toyota.

the Content, Site or this Agreement must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or be
barred. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be
enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
You many not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without Westchester Toyota's prior written consent. Subject to that restriction,
this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors
and assigns. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of the Agreement.
